✨ At least 2 years’ experience in retail management—fashion retail is a big plus

✨ A sharp eye for stock and sales trends—you use data to drive performance

✨ Visual merchandising flair—you can bring our boho vision to life in-store

✨ Flexibility to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, plus key retail periods like holidays and Christmas
