- Support sales and dispatch activities, including customer invoices, delivery dockets and supporting documentation
- Learn to operate the sales loader over time, assisting with operational duties from time to time as trained and licensed

About You

- Experience in logistics, transport scheduling or fleet coordination, ideally allocating vehicles or resources against changing daily demand
- Candidates without direct logistics experience are encouraged to apply, as full training and support will be provided.
- A background in business administration, compliance administration or WHS/regulatory reporting
- Strong, confident use of technology — comfortable with business systems such as SAP, MYOB, Xero or similar, and quick to pick up new digital tools and platforms
- A self-driven approach, taking ownership of your work and looking for better ways to get things done
- The confidence to coordinate other people's work, solve problems independently and think strategically about the bigger picture
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, comfortable dealing with drivers, contractors and customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when processing documentation, invoices and compliance records
