The Opportunity n
nSEE Group are calling for expressions of interest for experience Site Engineers to join our Infrastructure division on upcoming projects in the Townsville region. These are diverse and fast-paced roles that will see you provide advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of civil construction projects. n
Responsibilities will include n

n
- Ensuring effective programming and construction methodologies
n
- Project administration, planning and scheduling
n
- Assisting in meeting project milestones and ensuring project compliance
n
- Conducting quality assurance
n
- Financial reporting and forecasting;
n
- Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.

Essential Skills and Attributes n

n
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Previous experience in Engineering in Civil Construction
n
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
n
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
n
- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
n
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
n
