Troocoo is proud to be partnering with a large, purpose driven organisation seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage strategic sourcing activities across a diverse portfolio of goods and services.
n
Working across facilities and corporate categories, you will lead sourcing projects, partner with wide-ranging stakeholder groups and support positive commercial outcomes. This prospect offers autonomy, exposure to complex procurement activity and the chance to contribute within a collaborative and values led organisation.

Key responsibilities include
n
n
Manage a portfolio of end to end sourcing activities across facilities and corporate services
n
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project outcomes and develop procurement plans
n
Prepare transparent and accurate sourcing documentation, including requests for proposal and tender documentation
n
Conduct market analysis,



supplier evaluations and commercial assessments to support sourcing recommendations
n
Lead complex supplier negotiations and support contracts through to award
n
Coordinate multiple sourcing projects while managing competing priorities and deadlines
n
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve commercial value and manage riskSkills and Experience:

About You
n
n
Experience across procurement and strategic sourcing
n
Background in indirect procurement, ideally within facilities or corporate services
n
Ability to independently manage complex, end to end sourcing activities
n
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
n
Confident stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills
n
Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
n
n
