Ground Recruitment is a Pty Ltd company established in July 2022. It exclusively provides highly specialised permanent recruitment services and high-performance coaching to geotechnical engineers, geologists and select clients across Australia and Recent Zealand.

This client is a privately owned geotechnical consultancy based in Perth, Western Australia. They have a team of around 30 people made up of geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists.

This company is considered the go-to consultancy for engineering geological mapping and engineering geomorphology, along with desktop studies and the identification of geohazards in the mining space in Western Australia.

Additionally, they provide foundation design and earthworks design, slope stability and retention structure design,



quality surveillance of earthworks and construction monitoring whilst working client-side for Tier 1 mining houses.

To be put forward to the client for the geotechnical engineer position, you should be able to demonstrate your previous experience scoping and running small to medium-sized ground investigations. You should have experience with sampling collection methods, drilling techniques, logging, test pitting, lab scheduling, OH&S;, proposal writing, project management, interpreting ground models, and report writing of technical memos, factual and interpretative reports.
