We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join a well-established residential building business within the Knockdown Rebuild (KDR) space.
About the role
n You will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their build journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident at every stage.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong and trusted relationships with KDR customers
n
- Providing regular and clear updates throughout the building journey
n
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
n
- Managing customer concerns with empathy, confidence and professionalism
n
- Liaising with internal teams to obtain accurate updates for clients
n
- Setting transparent expectations and keeping customers informed throughout the process
n
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service from start to finish
n

About you
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: n

- Previous customer experience within the Knockdown Rebuild space
n
- Strong knowledge of the residential building customer journey
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
n
- Confidence managing customer expectations and difficult conversations
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
- Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
n
