What you'll do:
Measure and mix flour, sugar, yeast, and other ingredients.
Knead, shape, and proof dough by hand or using industrial mixers.
Monitor oven temperatures, humidity, and baking times.
Decorate and glaze items like cakes, pastries, and sweet rolls.
