Org Chart: Report to Alister (Technical Director), who then reports to Grant. Laos sits on the side, who is kind of the GM for the recent Projects Delivery team now + fab. n
Responsibilities: Assigning work, workflow, planning projects, budgets, dealing with client’s procedures and policy set up, help work on current employee’s career direction. n

Manage the different Engineering teams. n
Positives: Smaller company with the ability to grow and change quick. n
Reports:
15-20 - Design and Mechanical but not projects Manager n
Money: $200,000 + super + bones Last year was $10K + car?? n
Challenges: Dealing Alister and changing old habits. n
Person: 30-40 age would be ideal. People orientated. n
Growth: Growth and new work - Same stuff. Gold. n
Projects: Tennent Creek - Mine move. n
Background: Process or Mechanical - Need someone that has been on the Minerals side. EPC? n
Advertised: Yes - getting a lot of 60-70 year old’s and not really the experience they want. n
