- Provide protected and cost-effective procurement services supporting a sustainable mining operation.
n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records within ERP systems such as SAP.
n
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify purchasing requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
n
- Convert purchase requisitions.
n
- Update purchase orders.
n
- Expedite overdue orders.
n
- Reconcile invoices.
n
- Liaise with suppliers.
n
- Support end users.
n
- Report directly to the Procurement Coordinator.
n

Requirements nn
- Certificate III/IV in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
n
- 2+ years’ experience in a purchasing, supply chain, or procurement role, ideally in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
n
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
n
- Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
n
- Ability to clarify purchasing requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
n
- Ability to operate within a dynamic environment.
n
