n ABOUT THE COMPANY - A newly established automotive group, multiple sites in prominent locations across Melbourne's CBD Inner Precinct. n
ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for handling front of house requirements for Retail, Internal and Warranty work.n

YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION - n
n

n
- Scheduling service appointments and managing fleet and retail customers for Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars
n
- Utilising DMS (ERA) proficiently and accurately
n
- Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
n
- Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations
n

- A Dealership experienced Service Advisor and/or Service Receptionist
n
- Energy, commitment and team work
n
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
n
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- A strong communicator who takes ownership and control of the customer
n
- Positive energy
n
