About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a varied hands-on role, combining office administration, online order processing and customer service. You’ll play an important part in making sure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking, processing and dispatching online orders accurately and on time

- Responding to customer enquiries via email and providing friendly, helpful service

- General office administration, including filing,



data entry and customer support

- Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks across the business

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail

- Comfortable using computers and learning current systems

- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently

- Proactive and willing to help wherever needed

- Interested in e-commerce, administration and/or customer service

- Passionate about fashion and social media

Previous experience is not needed — we’re happy to train the right person.

A genuine passion for social media and an interest in creating content will be highly regarded.
