The Role

- Leading and mentoring Restaurant Managers and teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
n
- Driving revenue growth by optimising commercial performance, controlling costs, and implementing strategic initiatives.
n
- Building strong local partnerships to elevate the brand and engage with the community.
n
- Ensuring operational excellence, from quality control to compliance and team development.
n
What makes you perfect? n

n
- 3+ years in a Venue Manager, RM, or multi-site role within hospitality or retail.
n
- A natural leader who thrives on coaching and developing teams.
n
- Strong business acumen with experience in driving key metrics like sales, labour, and COGS.
n
- A passion for community engagement and strategic partnerships.
n
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to lead from the front.
