About the role

n

We are seeking experienced Medical/Surgical and General Ward Registered Nurses to support healthcare facilities across the Northern Territory. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a variety of Med ical /Surg ical and general settings while contributing to high-quality patient outcomes in regional and remote communities.

Key responsibilities:

n

n




- Deliver high-quality care within acute medical/surgical and general ward environments
n
- Assess, monitor and evaluate patients with acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions
n
- Administer, medications, intravenous therapies, and treatments as required
n
- Recognise and respond promptly to changes in patient condition, escalating care when appropriate
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-practice patient care
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility protocols
n

What you'll need

- Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse Division 1)
n
- Minimum 1-year nursing experience
n
- Experience in medical, surgical and general ward settings
n
- Ability to work confidently in quick-paced clinical environments
