We are seeking a highly motivated person for a full-time Sales Officer to add to our team in our Wangara Branch operating 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday .

n

The Role

n

This is office-based in our Wangara Showroom, responding to trade & retail enquiries for quotes and orders, via phone, email and walk ins.

n

Your day at Oxworks will see you:

- Build relationships with regular trade customers
n
- Exceeding customer expectations in quality, delivery, and value through teamwork & superior service
n
- Work with the sales and warehouse staff to achieve delivery for all customer orders
n
- Reinforce the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all customer interactions
n

The Applicant

n

The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate:

n

n
- Customer service experience in a large trade, retail or hardware workplace would be an advantage
n
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams
n
- High level of attention to detail
n
- Excellent people & communication skills
