MatchWorks is seeking an Employment Coach for the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program in Geelong to help job seekers gain meaningful employment.
You'll assess participant strengths, develop personalised career plans and connect them with training, supports and local employers.
You'll build trust, coordinate with teams, and support diverse participants through coaching, advocacy and resource navigation, including required checks and orientation modules.
