Flexibility is essential, as shifts operate acrossMonday to Sunday, includingmorning, afternoon and evening shifts.

Time and a half for Saturday shifts
Double time for Sunday shifts

Key Responsibilities
Food preparation and general back-of-house duties
Conducting fridge temperature checks
Cleaning and maintaining food service areas




Stocking fridges and service counters
Operating commercial dishwashing equipment
Delivering excellent customer service
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Supporting team members to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Catering or Customer Service role
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate- essential
Full availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including mornings, afternoons and evenings
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Robust teamwork and multitasking skills
