About the Role:

n

As our Store Manager, your role involves overseeing our Lindt Chocolate Shop which retails an extensive range of Lindt Chocolates and has a delicious takeaway offering of Lindt hot and cold chocolate drinks, coffee, and ice cream.

n

Lead the store's performance, fostering a supportive team environment, achieve sales and manage expenses to deliver profitability, guiding and coaching our ambassadors to deliver on brand expectations, and managing day-to-day operations. This includes multitasking between customers, inventory management, food safety compliance, visual merchandising, preparing takeaway drinks and ice cream all with an exceptional customer centric approach.

You thrive in a high energy busy hands-on environment where you and required to multi-task strength and lead with a premium mindset, understanding global brand identity.

What we would like you to bring:

- n

Previous experience in a Store / Assistant Manager role in a fast-paced QSR, Retail or hospitality environment

n
- n

Experienced knowledge in workforce planning from recruitment to preparing rosters, achieving labour budgets for a store team of approx. 20 employees

n
- n

Able to work autonomously, whilst proactively communicating into the State Manager

n
- n

Ability to grow your local community and drive return sales through your charismatic and positive personality that is infectious with your team leadership

n
- n

Solid time management skills, ability to work effectively and with deadlines

n
- n

Calm and consistent approach in a demanding high-volume environment

n
- n

Ability to lead and coach a team

n
- n

Understanding of quality assurance and competent in Food Safety Standards

n
- n

Previous barista experience or interest will set you up for success

n
- n

Previous retail experience in inventory management, stocktake, visual merchandising and store presentation principles highly regarded

n
