St John Ambulance SA is looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Consultant to drive customer engagement, generate new business opportunities, and help more people access our industry-leading training programs.

What You’ll Be Doing n

Sales & Customer Engagement

n

n
- Contact existing and lapsed customers to encourage course bookings
n
- Promote training courses, products and services
n
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
n




- Generate and refer business opportunities to the Business Development team
n
- Work towards sales, retention and customer service targets
n

n

Customer Service

n

n
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries
n
- Assist customers with course bookings and service information
n
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across every interaction
n

n

Administration

n

n
- Process bookings, invoices and customer records
n
- Maintain accurate databases and reporting
n
- Complete call logs and sales administration activities
n

About You n

You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and achieving results. You’ll bring:

- Experience in sales, customer service or contact centre environments
n
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
n
- A proactive and positive approach to achieving goals

- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
