IT Support Intern

n ABOUT THE HOST COMPANY As an IT Support Intern , you will be placed with one of our reputable host companies in Sydney , working within their IT department under the supervision of experienced professionals. This internship provides the opportunity to develop practical technical skills while supporting daily IT operations in a professional environment.
n ABOUT THE POSITION
n During this internship, you may be involved in:
n • Providing first-level technical support to staff and users
n • Assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
n • Supporting system setup, installation, and configuration
n • Assisting with network maintenance and basic security checks
n • Supporting user account setup and system access management
n • Maintaining IT documentation and support logs
n • Assisting with system updates and routine maintenance
n • Supporting internal IT projects and ad hoc technical tasks

n • Duration: 12 weeks
n • Schedule: Part-time (typically 2–3 days per week)

Program Fee: $2,200 upon successful placement
n The program includes:
