MRAELis seeking a passionate and dedicated Apprentice to join the team at O Bar and Dining.

Are you passionate about baking, obsessed with detail, and eager to learn the art of professional pastry? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Pastry Chef to join the talented kitchen team at O Bar and Dining.

Location:

O Bar and Dining prides itself on beingone of Sydney's premier hospitality venuesblending luxury dining and spectacular views in a one-of-a-kind setting.

What you will learn:

- The Fundamentals: Mastering doughs, batters, creams, and classic pastry techniques.
- Precision Baking: Scaling ingredients accurately and understanding kitchen chemistry.
- Artistic Design: Piping, plating, and decorating cakes and fine desserts.
- Kitchen Operations: Food safety, hygiene standards, and commercial equipment operation.

To suit this role, you will be an eager and motivated individual with a passion for food and baking and eager to kick-start your culinary career! You will have good communication skills,



seek out opportunities to learn and show initiative in your everyday duties..

- A genuine passion for pastry and baking.
- A strong desire to learn and take constructive feedback.
- Excellent punctuality and reliability for shifts.
- Great teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be avaiable to work weekends and public holidays if required.

In order to be eligible for an apprenticeship, you must be either an:

- Australian Permanent Residency
- New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
