About the Role
Peach Tree is growing. We’re now supporting a larger team across Queensland, while also taking on current projects and opportunities to strengthen the perinatal lived experience workforce.
We’re looking for an organised and collaborative administrator who is interested in contributing to perinatal mental health and lived experience-led work.
This role will provide administrative support to Peach Tree’s Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the Centre of Perinatal Lived Experience (C-PLEx), a national initiative focused on strengthening the lived experience workforce within perinatal and infant mental health.
Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you’ll help keep the day-to-day running of Peach Tree organised and support our growing team to do their work effectively, supporting parents throughout Queensland. You’ll coordinate meetings, maintain records and documentation, assist with communications and reporting, and provide support to the Accounts team as needed.
- Hours: Part time, 15 hours per week
- Pay: SCHADS Level 3.1 – $40.49p/h + super + salary packaging
- Contract: Fixed-Term to September 2027 with possibility for extension
- Location: Nundah base, with work from home available
Key responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Coordinating meetings, calendars, travel and bookings
- Preparing and maintaining records, documents and correspondence
- Supporting contract administration and related documentation
- Providing administrative support to the Accounts team, including payroll and expenses as required
- Supporting C-PLEx with meetings, project documentation, data, reporting and communications
- Maintaining accurate and organised records and helping Peach Tree’s administrative processes run smoothly
- Working collaboratively with staff and stakeholders across Peach Tree
- Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
- National Police Check
- Whooping Cough vaccination
About you
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working across a range of administrative tasks. You’ll be able to manage competing priorities, communicate respectfully with different people and take initiative while knowing when to ask for support.

- An interest in perinatal mental health and a willingness to learn about lived experience and its role in improving support and services
