We're looking for experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane to support our Service team. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

n

What you'll be doing

n

As a Service Coordinator, you will:

n

n
- Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints
n
- Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency
n
- Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests
n
- Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to AX as required
n
- Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis
n
- Responsible to be active with the Caterpillar Production Systems Service Operation Development and Assessment (SODA)
n
- Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and accurately forecast invoicing expectations
n
- Collaborate and work closely with the Field Service Foreman and Field Service Fitters.
