Job Description

A large government department is seeking the an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to provide quality development and sustainment services across a highly complex technical ICT system that utilises CRM and Intelledox technologies.

n

The CRM Developer will be responsible for:

n

n
- Contributing to the technical design of solutions using a breadth of knowledge and experience;
n
- Working closely with the solutions architect and technical leads to deliver high quality solutions that meet the standards set by the delivery team;
n
- Building tools to automate and streamline the build and delivery of solutions;
n
- Sharing knowledge and mentoring staff and members of the broader team;
n
- Being a valued member of a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team, and actively participating in daily and weekly agile ceremonies;
n
- Using excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure there is a shared understanding of problems and solutions amongst technical and non-technical staff;
n
- Undertake work that is complex or time sensitive and operate under limited direction, with the opportunity for autonomy and accountability; and
n
- Perform additional duties or assume responsibility of functions as directed by the supervisor/director from time to time.

You should have following:

n

n
1.



Demonstrated Industry based knowledge and experience in the delivery of complex large-scale applications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technology stacks including:
n n
1. Experience with Designing and developing user-focused CRM solutions to achieve desired business outcomes,
n
2. Configuring CRM workflows and dashboards to support data flows between various systems,
n
3. Demonstrated experience and understanding of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and best practices including solution life-cycle and exception monitoring.

4. Experience with deploying and using an environment that supports continuous build and test automation.
n

- Demonstrated Industry based knowledge and experience: n

n
1. in Azure DevOps/GIT,
n
2. in integration CRM with APIs,
n
3. .NET Framework 4.5+ / .NET Core,
n
4. in using Visual Studio 2019 and later.
n

n
- Solid working knowledge of SQL and working experience in SQL Server 2014 and later.
n
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships in a challenging IT environment.
n
- Experience working in an Agile software development workplace and experience using Agile development toolset
n

A daily rate of $1000 to $1100 including superannuation.
