Arrow Executive Sales is partnering with an established supplier of timber and panel products to recruit an experienced Account Manager for NSW.
n
n
This role is about building strong customer relationships, growing existing accounts and identifying current business opportunities across a well-established product range. You'll work closely with resellers, manufacturers, fabricators and other industry customers, helping them find the right solutions while delivering reliable service and support.
n
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, understands the building products market and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term business relationships.
n
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
- Managing and growing an existing customer base
n
- Developing new business opportunities
n
- Building relationships with resellers, manufacturers and fabrication partners
n
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive great service
n
- Travelling to regional areas 1-3 nights per month
n
n
n
What we're looking for
n
You may already be selling timber products, or come from a related industry such as building materials, joinery, hardware, glass and aluminium, cabinetry or construction supplies. This is essential.
n
n
Most importantly, you'll bring
n
n
- Proven sales or account management experience, min 2 years
n
- Timber or relevant industry product knowledge
n
- Strong relationship-building skills
n
- A track record of winning and retaining customers
n
- Confidence managing your own territory and sales activity
n
- A practical, customer-focused approach
n
n
