nKey job responsibilitiesn
nThe AWS Infra Risk Management team is searching for a passionate and talented Technical Program Manager to lead our risk management initiatives across AWS facilities. The TPM will lead end-to-end risk management processes, from initial identification through to successful remediation. This role requires strategic thinking, technical depth, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive risk mitigation programs to completion.n
nAt AWS, along with technical knowledge, we expect our leaders to interact with customers, partners and suppliers to understand our business goals and priorities, and to execute rapidly, delivering high-quality results. The candidate will be comfortable in managing remote project delivery teams, and possess the ability to facilitate technical sessions to troubleshoot issues and remove barriers to project success. The TPM will be able to build cross-functional matrix-based teams, establish trust with a variety of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate unnecessary activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.n
nThe TPM will leverage their experience in risk management methodologies and technical program management to lead complex initiatives.



They'll need to demonstrate expertise in risk assessment frameworks, strategic solution development, feasibility analysis, and program execution. Success in this role requires solid analytical skills, the ability to influence without authority, and experience managing complex technical programs across distributed teams.n

n- 3+ years' experience in delivery of technical infrastructure, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management;n
n- Experience managing projects across functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating project schedulesn
n- Experience reviewing technical problems and providing clear options and recommendations in order to lead teams to decisions and deliveryn
n- Experience conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and presenting information to key stakeholdersn
n- Demonstrated experience managing external partners (Colocation providers, general contractors, fitout vendors or equipment manufacturers)n
n- PMPn
n- Experience with data center project delivery and critical infrastructure systemsn
n- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in infrastructure risk managementn
n- Experience with risk management tools and frameworksn
n- Knowledge of the APAC data center marketn
