We are seeking a skilled Technical Parts Advisor to deliver expert support across the full lifecycle of customer equipment.

n

In this role, you'll combine your technical knowledge and customer service expertise to interpret customer requests, identify correct parts and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, urgency, and a commitment to quality.

The key responsibilities of this dynamic role will include but not be limited to:

Deliver exceptional service via phone and face-to-face interactions.

n
- n

Accurately process parts orders to meet "on time, in full" expectations.

n
- n

Interpret customer needs using CAT systems, manuals, and technical knowledge.

n
- n

Interpret fault codes and provide fit-for-purpose parts solutions.

n
- n

Provide technical advice and product support across a diverse equipment range.

n
- n

Maintain accurate data across systems and adhere to operational standards.

n
- n

Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers.

n
- n

Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, freight, service) to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery.

n
- n

Support after-hours service requirements when needed.

n

About you:

n

- n

Trade qualified with 3+ years' of experience in customer service, order fulfilment and technical support.

n
- n

Proven ability to interpret customer issues and recommend solutions.

n
- n

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

n
- n

Experience with CAT systems or similar diagnostic tools (highly regarded).

n
