About the Role
n Your primary job is to ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories. Your days might include:

n

n
- A la carte restaurant service
n
- Bar and lounge service including table service
n
- Housekeeping on-train carriages
n
- Luggage handling
n
- Concierge services at each arriving and departing terminal; and
n
- Act as a host for guests on off-train excursions.
n

n

You will be required to work away from home for up to 7 days at a time. This role attracts an annual salary of $71,500.

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will:

n

n
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service;
n
- Know your stuff, you’ve had fine dining or a la carte experience,



been recognised for your strengths in guest service – you see everything through a guest centric lens;
n
- Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all;
n
- Have all the safety things we need too like an RSA and a Senior first aid certificate (or willing to obtain).
