Managed Services organisation with a collaborative, diverse and dynamic culture requires a Level 3 End User Support Consultant . This role will involve providing third level support on up-to-date workplace technologies to clients and providing mentorship to more junior members of the team.

The role

- To support and manage modern workplace systems and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, as well as Microsoft Azure hosting,
n
- You will be working with clients Microsoft solutions that are transforming the way they do business. With security a key focus, the role will also leverage your broad technical knowledge to help shape and manage the systems to the clients requirements.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Technical client engagement and customer service - manage client solutions end to end
n
- Take ownership of escalated client issues or incidents and follow through on problems through to resolution. (L3 Technical Support)
n
- Ensure that all systems are scalable, reliable, efficient and secured.
n
- Solution staging, system configuration, implementation, patching, testing, cutover and documentation.
n




- Onboarding of new customers with detailed infrastructure auditing.
n
- Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
n
- Mentor and coach junior engineers
n
- Technical Lead overseeing project delivery working closely with the Project Manager
n

Ideal Candidate

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in IT, or Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field highly desirable
n
- Industry Certificates will be highly regarded, preferably MS-900.
n
- Managed Services experience is essential
n
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
n
- Collaborative and supportive - a true team player and leader
n

Essential Technical Skills

n

n
- Mastery of Microsoft Office 365
n
- Solid understanding of Modern Management tools such as Intune, AutoPilot and Defender.
n
- Experience in identifying vulnerabilities and configuring systems to enhance endpoint security posture.
n

This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days based in the Newport office on the Northern Beaches. Please only apply if this location suits.
