Core Responsibilities: n
n
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate the gathering and definition of requirements between business, strategy, and technology partners to support the delivery of strategic solutions that achieve necessary business outcomes.
n
- Industry Standards: Possess detailed knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging formats and industry standards.
n
- Payments Systems: Have experience with payments systems such as SWIFT, ISO, IMT, RTGS, STP, and GPP.
n
- Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Business Genetics, Jira) to ensure effective and effective project delivery.
n
- Strategic Influence: Influence business and technology investment decisions through the interpretation and alignment of business and technology strategies.
n
- Stakeholder Management: Build, influence, and manage stakeholder relationships (both internal and external) to support business outcomes and adhere to group architecture standards.
n
- Architectural Consultation: Consult with architects, system owners, and other stakeholders to understand affected systems, processes, and constraints, and develop options to meet business objectives and requirements.
n
Experience Required: n
n
- Business and Technical Analysis: Advanced experience in business and technical analysis, including payments-related projects (ideally involving cross-border and high-value payments).
n
- Industry Initiatives: Extensive experience with current payments industry initiatives, such as ISO 20022 migration, RTGS, cross-border payments, and NPP.
n
- Payments Messaging Standards: Advanced knowledge of payments messaging standards, including ISO 20022 and MT messaging formats, and expertise in data mapping per these standards.
n
- Lifecycle Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value payments.
n
- XML/XSD Knowledge: Proficiency in XML and XSD, with an understanding of how ISO 20022 changes impact systems.
n
- Software Delivery Lifecycle: Experience in the software and solution delivery lifecycle, particularly in payments-related projects involving complex integration.
n
- Agile Team Experience: Proven experience working in Agile teams.
n
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to independently manage business stakeholders and facilitate requirements workshops.
n
- Agile Business Analysis Techniques: Advanced knowledge of Agile business analysis processes and techniques, including user stories, epics, use cases, and business process modeling.
n
