The Role
You'll support a young person to:
- Build independence and daily living skills
- Increase confidence and engagement in meaningful activities
- Access community experiences and personal interests
- Develop social connections and life skills
- Explore recreation, fitness and wellbeing opportunities
- Exercise choice, control and self-determination

Experience in disability support, youth work, mental health, education, community services or therapeutic supports will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Australian Working Rights
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Commitment to child-safe and inclusive practice
Experience supporting children or young people, implementing Behaviour Support Plans or working within therapeutic environments will be highly regarded.
