Key Responsibilities: n
n
n
- Preparing financial statements (including GPFS) & income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
n
- Preparation of BAS/ IAS , and other statutory compliance
n
- Managing Div 7A loans, GST, CGT and FBT matters
n
- Staying up to date with taxation and legislative changes
n
- Work closely with a supportive, collaborative and high-performing team
n
- Gain exposure to tax planning and business advisory , with opportunities to attend client meetings alongside senior team members
n
Skills and Experience: n
n
n
- 2+ years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm
n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related field
n
- Experience working with business and trust clients
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
n
- Current and ongoing working rights in Australia
n
