The Opportunities n
1) Senior HVAC Estimator n
n n
nExperience Required: 7+ yearsn
nProject Range: $5 million – $30 millionn

nThey are looking for a seasoned estimator who knows how to price large-scale HVAC projects with confidence and precision. An existing network of industry contacts and a strong track record of successful tenders are highly desirable.n
n n
nKey Skills & Experience:n
n

n
- Proven experience on large mechanical services bids
n
- Deep understanding of Australian building codes and standards
n
- Strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen
n
- Ability to lead and influence bid strategies
n

2) HVAC Engineers n
n n

nThey are seeking driven HVAC Engineers (all levels) who thrive on solving complex design challenges and delivering mechanical solutions that set industry benchmarks.n

nKey Skills & Experience:n

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
n
- Experience in HVAC system design and coordination
n
- Robust documentation and stakeholder communication skills
n
- Familiarity with industry software such as CAMEL, Revit, AutoCAD

HVAC Drafting Manager n
nLead, mentor, and deliver.n

nThey need a proven leader to manage our drafting team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining quality, managing deadlines, and driving innovation in HVAC drafting.n

nKey Skills & Experience:n
n

- Extensive HVAC drafting and coordination experience
n
- Leadership experience within a drafting or BIM team
n
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
n
- Ability to collaborate across engineering and construction teams
n

4) HVAC Drafters n
nThey are also on the lookout for experienced HVAC Drafters who take pride in accuracy, clarity, and contributing to award-winning projects.n

nKey Skills & Experience:n

- 2–5+ years drafting HVAC systems
n
- Revit and AutoCAD fluency
n
- Ability to produce coordinated services drawings
n
- Attention to detail and commitment to design quality
