n Our client is a leading heavy equipment manufacturer servicing the mining industry for over 60 years. As a result of ongoing demand, they are looking for both a Customer Service Representative and Retail / Merchandise Assistant.
Customer Service Representative
South Guildford Location
$39.48/Hr + Super
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, rotating 5-week roster

- Weeks 1–3: Monday to Friday
n
- Week 4: Monday to Saturday
n
- Week 5: Tuesday to Friday
n

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and in-person enquiries.
n
- Providing high-quality customer service and resolving customer issues using strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
n
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers.
n
- Working across multiple systems and digital tools to support positive customer outcomes.
n

Retail / Merchandise Assistant n
South Guildford Location n
$38.20/Hr + Super n
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM n
6-Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Details: n

- Providing customer service and sales support,



resolving enquiries and assisting with sales growth.
n
- Managing inventory, stock replenishment, product setup and stocktake duties.
n
- Coordinating ordering, picking, packing and deliveries to meet customer needs.
n
- Maintaining merchandise displays and building strong supplier and customer relationships.
n
- Covering reception and other customer service areas when required.
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe retail environment.
n

Requirements for both positions: n
n

n
- Previous experience within a customer service or retail environment.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a skilled and friendly approach.
n
- Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test where required.
n
- Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence.
n
