nThe Rolen
nPrepare and present high-quality meals in accordance with recipes, menu specifications and food safety standards.n
nManage a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency, quality and efficient service delivery.n
nAssist with menu preparation, food production, menu development and daily kitchen operations.n
nSupport and mentor junior kitchen team members, promoting a positive and professional work environment.n
nMaintain high standards of cleanliness,



hygiene and HACCP compliance at all times.n
nReceive, store and rotate stock correctly, ensuring all food is handled and stored safely.n
nMonitor stock levels, minimise waste and contribute to effective inventory control.n
nWork collaboratively with the broader team to deliver exceptional catering services and customer experiences.n
