A growing private lending firm that focuses on providing residential and commercial property finance to businesses, property developers, and investors are seeking an experienced, sales orientated individual with a robust broker network to join the team.
Role Overview

- Actively contributing to the growth of the lending book and network.
n
- Drive the growth of the business through the engagement of new partners/ broking and effectively manage existing client relationships.
n
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless loan approval process.
n
- Build effective relationships with the brokers and delivering exceptional brand messaging.
n
- Respond to lending enquiries and transaction scenarios with a problem-solving mindset.
n
- Keep up to date with emerging markets to identify future business development opportunities.
n




- Travel interstate to develop deeper relationships with broker network.
n
- Work closely with the broader team to ensure clients are delivered consistent and exceptional experiences.
n
- Execute sales strategies and grow the business portfolio.
n

Skills & Experience n
n

n
- Proven track record of sales results within commercial property lending
n
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
n
- Genuine interest in forging a career within commercial property finance.
n
- Proactive and positive mindset with a drive to achieve results.
n
- Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Experience as a BDM within residential and commercial lending is essential.
n
