Your new role An exciting opportunity exists for 2 x Transformation Support Leads to join a major Federal Government transformation program. Working within a Transformation Office environment, you will play a key role supporting portfolio governance, reporting, risk management, benefits tracking and delivery coordination across strategic transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with delivery teams, senior leaders and governance forums to support planning, monitoring, reporting and decision-making activities. Depending on the stream, you will contribute to Governance, Risk and Benefits activities or Delivery Enablement and Engagement,



helping ensure consistent and well-governed outcomes across a broader transformation portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience supporting transformation, PMO, portfolio management or project delivery functions
- Strong governance, reporting, planning and coordination skills
- Experience maintaining risks, issues, dependencies and delivery artefacts
- Ability to prepare executive briefs, reports, presentations and governance documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting portfolio reporting, roadmaps and performance tracking
- Current Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups and priorities
