The Opportunity An established commercial builder is looking for a 2IC / Site Supervisor to join the delivery team on a $50m Aged Care project in Melbourne's South East.

Working directly under a highly experienced Senior Site Manager, you will take ownership of the façade and finishes, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme and ensuring quality through to completion.

This would suit an experienced Supervisor or Foreman ready to take on more responsibility and continue progressing towards Site Management.

The Builder A well-established Victorian commercial builder delivering projects across the $5m–$50m range.

They have a strong pipeline across Apartments, Education and Government and are known for quality delivery, strong systems and a collaborative team environment.





They offer the structure and processes of a larger builder while still providing direct access to senior management and genuine opportunities for career progression.

About You

- Commercial or multi-residential construction experience
- Strong façade and/or finishes experience
- Supervisor, Foreman or 2IC experience
- Confident coordinating and managing subcontractors
- Strong understanding of programme, sequencing, quality and safety
- Clear communicator who works well with site and project teams
- IT savvy and comfortable using construction management software
- Organised, proactive and able to take ownership of your packages
- Ambitious and looking to progress your career
