FirmMind plans to expand into key Asia Pacific markets by 2027 - giving this advisor the chance to play a strategic role in the company's global expansion.

The Role

We're looking for a Australian tax expert to join FirmMind as an advisor, helping shape our product, compliance approach, and go-to-market as we bring an AI-native platform to the Australian tax and accounting industry.

What You Bring

- 15+ years of experience in the Australian tax industry
- Prior experience working with or within the Australian Tax Office (ATO) is highly regarded




- Hands-on experience with practice management software such as Xero and QuickBooks (QB)
- Genuine interest in how AI is transforming accounting and tax practice
- Active involvement in accounting industry affiliations, forums, or boards

What You'll Do
- Advise on tax compliance, ATO lodgement requirements, and product accuracy
- Provide practitioner-level feedback on product direction and roadmap
- Open doors within your professional network
- Weigh in on go-to-market and positioning within the Australian accounting industry
- Commit roughly 5 hours per week

Compensation
- Equity grant on joining
- Monthly retainer added once FirmMind's upcoming funding round is closed.
