Forklift Operator / Production Support (LF Licence Required)

Job Brief

Monroe Australia is seeking three (3) reliable and safety-driven Forklift Operators to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This role is for an immediate start and offers ongoing employment. In this position, you will be responsible for moving raw materials and finished goods safely using an LF forklift, loading/unloading trucks, and stepping off the hoist to assist with general production and assembly line tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate LF forklift equipment to support daily production workflows.

- Material Handling: Move raw materials, components, and finished goods safely across the manufacturing facility and storage zones.

- Logistics Support: Load and unload delivery trucks quickly and accurately when required.

- Production & Assembly:



Step off the forklift to perform general production, basic assembly, and hands-on operational tasks to keep the facility running smoothly.

- Quality Control: Complete routine quality checks and strictly follow factory production procedures.

- Site Safety: Maintain a highly organized, clean, and hazard-free work area while adhering to all corporate workplace health and safety rules.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Must hold a valid, current Australian High Risk Work Licence for a Forklift (LF Class).

- Proven experience operating forklifts safely within a manufacturing, production, or high-volume warehouse workplace.

- Willingness to perform a hybrid role that involves both forklift driving and manual, hands-on production work.

- Strong attention to detail for completing quality checks and following precise procedures.

- Excellent physical fitness to handle manual assembly tasks safely.

- Must currently reside in Adelaide with reliable transport to the site.

- Full Australian working rights (Sponsorship is not available).
