Guardian Vaults is Australia’s largest private secure storage service company. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our Perth branch and support a high-performing, customer-focused team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader from retail, banking or a customer service environment who enjoys developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high operational standards in a secure and professional workplace.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will help lead daily branch activities, coordinate workflow, support sales and service outcomes, and maintain a secure, compliant and skilled operating environment. You will also step into the Branch Manager role during periods of leave or absence.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Coordinate daily branch operations, priorities and workflow
- Deliver exceptional service and resolve complex customer enquiries
- Support sales growth and customer retention initiatives
- Maintain company policy and AUSTRAC compliance requirements
- Help ensure security,



operational controls and risk standards are met
- Monitor branch performance and identify practical improvements
- Support employee onboarding and training

About you You are a hands-on and accountable leader who enjoys supporting people, improving performance and creating outstanding customer experiences.

You will bring

- Leadership experience in retail, banking or a customer service environment
- A hands-on approach to leading, motivating and supporting people
- Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills
- A track record of achieving service, sales or operational targets
- Excellent problem-solving, planning and organisational ability
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance and risk management
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft 365 applications
