We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the Department Manager, lead the front-of-house team, and work closely with our Patisserie Kitchen team to deliver exceptional products and experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Support & lead the team – step into leadership during busy periods or when the Manager is away
n
- Operations – manage rostering, stock, and polished displays
n
- Collaboration – work with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
n
- Customer experience – resolve inquiries and maintain high standards
n
- Sales & compliance – assist with targets, policies, OHS, and Food Safety
n




- Admin support – scheduling, timesheets, and daily operational tasks
n

Your Attributes & Abilities nn
- 2-3 years' experience as a supervisor, team leader, or assistant manager in retail, café, bakery, or patisserie
n
- Knowledge of food handling, stock rotation, and perishables
n
- Robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills
n
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
n
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
