Southside Racing is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager across our multi-site venues, including Club Officer. This permanent, full time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences within food & beverage and gaming operations.
You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, coordinate events, manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and mentor teams to maintain high service standards across all outlets, including evenings and weekends.
