Senior Fire Engineer

Brisbane, Australia

A$140,000 – A$160,000 + Super

An opportunity to join a growing, design-led, independent fire engineering consultancy that is building a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, performance-based solutions across complex projects.
n
With a solid pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to appoint a Senior Fire Engineer who wants to have real influence on both projects and the wider business.
n

The Role
n
You’ll be involved in end-to-end project delivery, including:
n
n
- Leading fire engineering strategies across a range of complex developments
n
- Delivering performance-based design solutions and detailed reports
n
- Undertaking fire modelling and evacuation analysis (support available if needed)
n
- Liaising with clients, architects, and approval authorities
n
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
n
n
n

About You
n

- 5+ years’ experience in fire engineering consultancy
n
- Strong understanding of performance-based design (NCC/BCA)
n
- Experience across sectors such as commercial, infrastructure, or mixed-use
n
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience
n
- Looking to step into a role with greater autonomy and influence
n
