We’re seeking aa Associate Producer or Project Manager to join our Sydney-based Creative Services team. This team creates experiences that go beyond traditional event logistics. They combine strategy, experience design, content, production and audience engagement to deliver memorable moments for some of Australia’s leading organisations.

The position focuses on creative corporate events, engagement experiences and brand-led projects. It is ideal for a Project Manager or Associate Producer with an agency background, who is looking to deepen their experience in creative, experiential and audience-focused events.

This hands-on project delivery role offers solid exposure to creative execution, concept development and client-facing project leadership. The Opportunity As an Associate Producer or Project Manager within our Creative Services team, you'll deliver projects from initial brief through to execution and post-event review.

You'll collaborate with strategists, creatives, content specialists, production partners and clients to transform creative concepts into practical event experiences that engage audiences and achieve business objectives.

- Creative corporate events
- Leadership conferences and kick-offs
- Employee engagement experiences

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for

- Managing end-to-end delivery from brief to completion
- Developing plans, budgets and schedules




- Translating creative concepts into practical delivery solutions
- Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and production partners
- Identifying risks and keeping work on track
- Ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard

About You You’ll be most suited to this role if you have delivered events in an agency environment and understand the pace, client expectations and level of detail required to bring creative event concepts to life. You will be a creative, solution orientated professional who is comfortable working in build, logistics and stage craft production.

- Around 3 years' delivering events in an agency environment
- Exposure to creative, experiential, engagement-led or brand experience projects
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing event budgets and timelines
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
