We’re looking for an experienced Bakery Barista / All-Rounder to join our Bondi team.

About the role:

- Making high-quality coffee to a consistent standard
- Delivering excellent customer service in every interaction
- Engaging with customers in a warm, friendly, and confident way
- Assisting with bakery service, display upkeep, and general FOH tasks
- Maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Keeping the bakery clean, organised, and welcoming

About you:

- Barista experience in Australia is essential
- Strong customer service experience is a must
- Outgoing, caring, and genuinely enjoys talking to customers
- Thrives in a rapid-paced environment and works well in a team
- Reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work
- A genuine desire to stay in Sydney for at least a year or two

We’re a customer-service-focused team that values warmth, energy, and consistency. This role suits someone who loves coffee and understands that great service is what keeps people coming back. Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour
