We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in our restaurant and bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant and bar staff during shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff rosters, breaks, and shift allocations
- Monitor food and beverage quality standards
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Support staff training and team development
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with RSA and food safety regulations
- Work closely with management to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality supervision or leadership
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Current RSA Certificate
- Food Safety knowledge/certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
