About the role

Mitchelton Wines is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our team on a casual basis. As a Beauty Therapist, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional beauty and wellness services to our clients, contributing to their relaxation and rejuvenation. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a welcoming environment whilst providing professional beauty treatments.

Key responsibilities

- Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, & body treatments

- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences and any skin or health conditions that may affect treatment

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation across all treatment areas and equipment

- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all materials, products and tools are properly sterilised and organised

- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments based on client requirements

- Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences and any reactions or concerns

- Deliver personalised customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients

- Stay informed of current beauty trends and maintain professional knowledge through continued learning

What we're looking for

- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent professional certification

- Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or wellness setting

- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products and techniques





- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
- A professional and friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for client wellbeing

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety
- The ability to work independently and manage your own client schedule

- Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it

- Experience in a hospitality or wellness environment would be advantageous
