Caffe Cherry Beans in Rouse Hill is looking for an experienced barista to join our team. If you love excellent coffee, work well under pressure, and bring a genuine smile to every customer, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

You'll be working behind a premium setup: San Remo Café Racer 3 Group, Mahlkönig E80S GBW grinder, PuqPress, Uber Milk, and an EK43. You'll be preparing cold brew, batch brew, and espresso using rotating single origin beans from our guest roasters, so a genuine interest in coffee and willingness to learn new beans is important.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working as a barista — this is essential
- Basic latte art skills
- Friendly, easygoing personality that customers and teammates enjoy being around
- Bubbly,

- Diligent and dependable — above everything else, this is the quality that matters most to us
- Available to work 2–3 days per week

What you'll be doing

- Preparing cold brew, batch brew, and espresso-based drinks using different single origin beans from our guest roasters
- Opening and Closing shifts
- Operating and caring for our equipment (San Remo, Mahlkönig, PuqPress, Uber Milk, EK43)
- Delivering warm, attentive customer service
- Working as part of a close-knit café team

Pay: $26.44 – $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
