Behaviour Support Practitioner | Melbourne & Regional Victoria | Manageable caseload, real supervision

MOR. Healthcare is recruiting Behaviour Support Practitioners for a well established allied health provider across Melbourne and regional Victoria, including Geelong and Ballarat. These are genuinely manageable caseload roles, working with community clients funded through the NDIS, Aged Care and privately.

Full time, part time, and a mix of clinic based and remote/mobile arrangements are available. Salaried or subcontractor, your call. Entry level practitioners are welcome and properly supported.

What you will be doing Functional behaviour assessments,



writing and reviewing behaviour support plans, training and coaching support teams, and working alongside families and stakeholders to reduce restrictive practices and improve quality of life. Adult and paediatric work across community and clinic settings, depending on your role type.

What you need

- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent: psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech pathology, developmental education, behavioural science or similar.
- NDIS Commission suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at any level, or eligibility and willingness to apply. Supervision for your application will be provided.

- A current driver's licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check, or the ability to obtain them.

AHPRA registration is not required for this role. Not in Melbourne, Geelong or Ballarat?
