About the Opportunity

We're looking for a full time Booking Centre Agent to join our friendly team at Apex Radiology in O'Connor.

As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and referrers-playing an essential role in creating a smooth and supportive patient experience. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for helping others, and enjoys working in a cooperative team, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

- Answering incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of booking slots
- Providing patients with clear information on scan preparation, costs, and concession eligibility
- Processing patient referrals and coordinating with internal clinical teams
- Working closely with radiologists, technicians, and admin colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintaining accuracy in patient data entry and handling confidential information with care

What We're Looking For ?

- A strong 'patient-first' approach with excellent customer service skills
- Confident communicator who is calm,



compassionate, and solutions-focused
- High level of attention to detail, especially in administrative and data entry tasks
- Comfortable using multiple digital platforms and booking systems
- Experience in a medical or allied health administration setting (radiology experience highly regarded)
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
